Massage

Massage is a health science and healing art. It aids a body’s natural ability to establish equilibrium. Tara works within an individualized care model, based on your needs as a client, your goals for massage, and your current health and activity profile.  Every massage is an opportunity for Tara to produce positive change in your soft tissue structures, which can translate to a faster healing process by your body. The positive change notable for you can be the reduction of acute and/or chronic pain and tension which makes going about your daily activities better.  Tara’s anatomical and physiological knowledge and ability to utilize various techniques within the massage discipline means she knows why, where, and how to create a massage to address and help your concerns. Getting regular massages as part of a self-care regime is found to energize and soothe the nervous system, improve physical performance, reduce pain and enhance mental, emotional, and physical clarity.  Simply, life is better when your body isn’t complaining.
